ANGUS MACRAE Obituary
1929 – 2015
After a courageous three year battle, with his sense of humour in tact, passed peacefully at Leamington Hospital on Saturday, October 3, 2015. Loving husband of 63 years to Mary (nee Munro). Amazing father to Heather (and David) Carni of Saline, Michigan, Gail (and Bill) Jordan of New Hamburg, Ontario. Cherished Papa to Sean Philip Johnston, Erin Heather (and Aaron) Lipton, Regan Mary Johnston, Will Angus Jordan, Blair Robert Jordan and Jake Richard Jordan. Awestruck Great-Papa to Adilyn Julia Lipton. Heartfelt thanks to the amazing nursing staff at Leamington Hospital, who went above and beyond to help the family through this difficult time. With respect for Angus' wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Funeral Service will be held at the

on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. John Van Omme and Rev Colin Swan officiating. Friends will be received 1 hour before the Funeral Service. Condolences may be left at

Dear Mary, we are sorry for your loss and the loss to the clan.Angus was involved in the life of the community from his arrival in Kingsville.The McRae-Munro combination of pipes and drums thrilled us on many occasions and never rejected a request to entertain.We will miss seeing him at Horton's, we will miss him on the streets of Kingsville we will miss him.Take good care of yourself,Annetta and Patrick Dunnion

Our deepest sympathy to Mary, Heather, Gail and families in the passing of husband, father and grandfather. As neighbors of Gail and Bill for many years we had the privilege of meeting Mary and Angus on one occasion where Angus piped for a neighborhood get-together. Beautiful Music!
