Dear Jean,
I am so sad to hear that Angus has passed on. I have known him since the 1960's and will always remember his practical advice and steadfast friendship throughout the years. He is the man who enlightedned Kati and me that it was okay to eat hotdogs because there was truly no dog meat in them! Had anyone else tried to convince us of that, we might never have believed it. He'll be missed. My heartfelt condolences.

Dear Jean and Family,
Angus was one of my first friends when I arrived in Montreal and has remained a happy part of my life over all the ensuing decades. Peter and I will always remember the many wonderful times we enjoyed at your cottage and the elegant soirées you had so often at your city home, where he presided like a rock over all proceedings! We'll miss his humour and steadfastness through any of life's vicissitudes.
