Anita Sumner Obituary
A mother, grandmother, and tireless worker, Anita served as a records clerk for over 20 years at Libertyville Police Department. She leaves behind two daughters-Randine Sumner and Katrina Sumner (Block)-along with five grandchildren: Alexandra Sumner, Colin Berens, Aidan Berens, Lilyann Block and Annabelle Block.
Born and raised in Chicago, Anita relocated to Mundelein in 1972 and remained in the area (and in the same home, for that matter) for over 50 years. Amongst her neighbors she was known as a lively, engaging woman who took great pride in her home and her awe-inspiring flower baskets.
She will be dearly missed by all.

I have so many memories of Anita we were neighbors for 50 yrs. Spend countless hours together. My memories help as I look across at her house. May you all find the peace, in your memories, & love to get you through this difficult time.
