I met Annie and her daughters a couple of times. It was clear that she loved her daughters dearly and had a zest for life. Many blessings to you all.

You don't personally know me,but addiction brings us all closer together. I know your daughter did not want this for herself or her family and I know this from experience , I'm a recovering addict, 3 years clean. I put my family through so much for many many years until it got so bad that they said enough, I had a granddaughter and I didn't want her to see me the way i was so I made up my mind to try something new, I work a N/A program and with my higher power and this program I'm alive . I just wanted to say you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers, and by you posting this it will spread the word about addiction, it is a diese but with help it can be arrested.

Carol and family, I'm sending the warmest of condolences for the loss of your sweet Annie. One of my fondest memories of her is from years ago when she would babysit my brother Brandon and I. She made the best mac n' cheese! I still think of her when I make it. I will also never forget how much fun we had one New Years Eve. She made colorful paper confetti with us and we ran around the front yard at midnight throwing confetti and banging on pots and pans. Such a great memory for two young kids. I'm sure Heaven's more colorful than ever with her in it. Praying time and precious memories bring your family healing and comfort.

Oh my Lord! I am so sorry. I was talking about your family last week, someone wanted a guide in the Boundary Waters and I wondered if your husband still led trips. I was thinking of Annie. I swear to you that it was when she died. In a crazy way, she wasn't alone at her passing because she was in my thoughts, hoping that she found solace. The world is a curious place and her energy will always leave its imprint.

My sincerest condolences to Meghan, Lauren and her family...she had a big heart and always tried to help others...she touched so many people and left her imprint on the hearts of those she was always there for...her love of family, especially Meghan and Lauren, was the most important thing in her life and she spoke about them often...she will be deeply missed..she may be gone but will never be forgotten...R.I.P. Annie,
We lost touch a long time ago, but when I think about all the times we hung out and when I went up north with your family, I smile.
I hope you are at peace and can rest now.
