Ann Marie Devine of Peoria Arizona passed into the hands of God on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at the young age of 64. Ann was born October 14, 1958, in Lebanon Pennsylvania to the late James and Mary Devine. Ann was raised in Camp Hill Pennsylvania and Graduated from Cumberland Valley High School in 1976.

Ann moved to Arizona in 1994 where she built a life that she loved, Ann had a great job with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona that she retired from in 2023. Ann enjoyed coming back to Pennsylvania to visit with lifelong friends and family but most of all, enjoyed summer vacations in Destin Florida with her Grandkids. Ann was a huge Philadelphia Eagles football fan and enjoyed watching her team play. She enjoyed playing football pools every week and talking football with her son Daniel. Ann also found enjoyment in participating in charity walks and spending time with close friends and her dog Lexi.

Ann was preceded in death by: Her Mother Mary Devine and Father James Devine: Her two Brothers Michael Devine and Dennis Devine.

Ann is Survived by: Her Son Daniel Devine and his Wife Lacey Devine: Grandson Jordan Devine and Granddaughter Taylor Devine: Brother Patrick Devine.

A Celebration of Ann's Life Will Be Held on October 1, 2023 Between 12-4pm at

I´m so sorry to hear of Ann´s passing. I met her at BCBS while at the gym there. I then noticed her walking her dog CeCe and discovered we lived close by. She joined us for many Pat Tillman walks and we were friends for years.

I worked with Ann at BCBS and become friends with her through mutual friends. She introduced me to her nail shop and we often had lunch together with a group from work. She was always very nice but they always managed to get her order wrong and she often ate free! It was always a joke of what they´d do wrong this time, Lol, she will be missed! Rest in Peace dear friend! Love, Anastasia

I met Ann outside her garage as I was walking my dog and we hit it off right away because I was from around the same area she was from in PA. Her smile was captivating and she was a joy to be around. I thought we could become really good friends and neighbors but unfortunately she went to be with our Lord before that was able to happen. Can´t walk by her house without thinking about her.
