MAYHALL, ANN MAXINE, 77, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2007 at Baptist Hospital East. She was a homemaker and volunteer for 25 years at St. Joe's Hospital and Audubon Hospital. She also worked with various other charities. She was an active member of Bethlehem Baptist Church where she attended the Ruth Sunday School Class and volunteered much of her time. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mayhall; her father, Jessie Harris; mother, Verna Harris Kissick; stepfather, Harlan Kissick; sister, Elsie Spurlock; and a brother, Eugene Kissick. She is survived by her son, Charles Mayhall Jr.; her daughter, Sandy Baker (Joe); three grandchildren, Kimberly Baker, Kristin Baker and Mark Baker; two brothers, Glen Harris of Muncie, IN and Billy Kissick of Morehead, KY; one sister, Viola Palmer of Indianapolis, IN and many good friends. The funeral will be held at noon Thursday at Evergreen Funeral Home, with interment at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions to Alzheimers Association. Special thanks to the many doctors, nurses and caregivers who helped in her care.
