Ann C Nichols

Morristown - Ann C. Nichols died peacefully at her home on Wednesday afternoon. Her husband, Harold, was by her side as he had been for 67 years. Born in Big Stone Gap, VA, she moved to Knoxville and then settled in Morristown. Ann will always be remembered for her fun and adventurous spirit, along with her kindness and smile. Nothing surpassed her love of family and her family was what most important to her. She lived and loved fiercely. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie Mohn; father, Kenneth Cabage; brother, Ronald L. Mohn; and son, Russell L. Nichols. She is survived by her husband, Harold L. Nichols; daughters, Amy N. Eanes and Lisa N. Sawyer; son, Joey (Stephanie) Nichols; 7 grandchildren, Buck, Matthew, Mallory, Dossie, Jackson, Hannah, and Zachary; and 3 great grandchildren, Bailey, Kayleigh, and Russell. "Ornery" Pallbearers are Judy, Sarah, Tish, Gail, Betty, Treva, Phyllis, and Maudie-The Bridge Club. A Celebration of Life will take place at All Saints' Episcopal Church on Sunday at 4:00 pm.
