Ann was a wonderful lady. She always took impeccable care of us at VDOT in Sandston. We loved working with her and are saddened by her passing.

It was with great sadness to hear that Ann Ragland had passed. Ann was a beautiful lady; it was a joy to get to know her at the Sandston Residency. She will be missed.

Hugh, so sorry for the loss of your wife. I really loved both of you. You both are such good people.

Dear Hugh and Family, we are so very sorry for your loss. Ann was such a lovely lady and will be missed by all who had the great pleasure of knowing her. All of her friends at Williamsburg Antique Mall will miss her sweet presence, but will always remember her so fondly and her many special qualities that endeared her to all of us.
