After a brief illness on Saturday October 29, 2011 at the Queensway Carleton Hospital age 84. Predeceased by her beloved husband Floyd. Much loved mother of Tom (Pam Duminy) and Shelley (Bob Harvey). Loving Nana of Michael, Adam, and Aaron Blakely. Sister of Loretta and Patricia. Predeceased by her parents Samuel and Gertrude McGoff, brothers John and PJ, sisters Veronica Zaine, Leona Murdock, Marie Sparling and Geneveive Van Allen, brother-in-law Keith Sparling and his wife Ada. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Long time employee of Extendicare New Orchard Lodge. Much appreciation to the Queensway Carleton Hospital Pallative and Pastoral Care Teams and nursing staff of 4C. Family will receive friends at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel (2500 Baseline
Road) on Saturday, November 5 from 10 am until the time of the Memorial Service at 11 am. Donations to the Lung Association or the Queensway Carleton Hospital would be appreciated. Online condolences may be made at www.colefuneralservices.com .
