It is with great sadness that I am reading of your mom's passing. I didn't get this message or I would have BEEN THERE for the sweet Stegall family. I am so sad and disappointed. I have such fond memories of "Ma Kettle" (a love name that I called her and she always laughed) Although she was more dignified than Ma Kettle, her laugh could light up a room. I remember how many, many Bible studies and "mothers and others" groups we had in their home. Oh, dear family, please accept my apology for missing this announcement. I would have NEVER wanted to miss out on her homegoing celebration. I know you will miss her beyond words. I miss my mom so much every single day!!! May God comfort all of your hearts! Liz Entrekin

Dear Stegall Family,
We are so thankful for Mama Ann's influence in our lives. One of the many things we appreciated about her was her honesty. She was not afraid to speak truth when it needed to be spoken. She also sensed when someone needed encouragement and would lovingly bake one of her delicious loaves of banana bread. Her sense of humor was a treat to be enjoyed. She will be missed but we are thankful she is at home with the Lord and her beloved "Stegall".

David, Deborah and family, I'm sorry for the loss of Mama Ann and know you will miss her. I'm sure you have lots of wonderful memories and I hope they will help you through your grief.

My favorite memory of Mama Ann is one time when you graciously invited me to share your Easter lunch with your family. When it was time to serve ourselves, we were told that the oldest would serve themselves first and on down to the youngest. Mama Ann turned to me and said "Aren't you glad I'm here? Now you won't have to be first in line." I loved it!

Deepest sympathy to all who mourn for the loss of our dear Aunt Mama Ann. She and my father, her brother, shared a love of life that was nothing short of an inspiration. She was so very influential in my life and above all things, I will remember her sense of humor and the music of her laughter. It helps to think of her being reunited with all those she loved and who loved her, but her presence will be missed by all who are left behind. Much love, Linda Welden

Thinking of all of you with our love and prayers. Ann was a wonderful woman who made an impact on many people and will be greatly missed. But what a wonderful time she's having meeting the Lord for the first time in person!

Love, Jan and Bunk
