Ann was such a comfort and friend to me in Garden Chat when my mom passed in May. I will never forget her kind words. I really wish we could have met in person, she was such an honest, stright forward person and was so very happy to be back home with her family.

Dear Walsh family,
Ann and I were roommates at Newport Hospital School of Nursing. She was a
wonderful lady, with a beautiful smile!
Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Ann's the first girl I ever danced with in 8th grade; a fond memory I'll never forget. The forgettable part was when she quickly commandeered my right hand northward from her lower back to the upper.

We have so many Glencoe memories. Ann and Amy making chocolate chip cookies endlessly. Having hissy fits when we'd stop some of their more adventurous plans. Ann's But Mrs. malloy " we know what we're doing " Just say "cheese" when the dog runs in to the house. He'll follow you anywhere for cheese just pretend it's in your hand. "Everyone knows how to make pesto". Our deepest sympathy to your family. May you rest in the peace you so deserve . Mrs M

Dear Walsh Family,
There really aren't any words, just chatted with Ann on Thursday, we were making plans to finally go to Hackney's for lunch. Please know that I will be with you in spirit at Mass on Thursday, but will be having some back surgery that day. Be comforted that she is in the arms of God, her loving Mom, and yes, Boston too. So many people loved her and will miss her. Peace and love,

My Heart is beyond shock as I had just spoken to Ann (I called her Annie Mae and she called me Jannie Mae) on Friday Morning. She was to knit me hat if I could ever get the colors together. She seemed the Happiest I've seen her in a long time. We shared our culture differences together, Food Recipes. Her Good and Bad Days. And, God knows she had many rough Days---- but through each one, her mind was always on what can I do for you. She was one of the most caring, unselfish, giving, loyal Friend that I ever knew. Rest In Peace Dear AM - I'll never forget you as long as I live. Your N.C. Friend Janet (Jannie Mae)
