Feehan and daughter of the late Thomas J. and Bridget Boyle Kelly; survived by a daughter Joanne Dugan and husband Greg of Westtown; grandchildren Joseph, Jim and Bridget Dugan; great grand-daughter Grace Dugan and brother John Kelly of Radnor. Memorial Mass at 11 A.M. on Mon. Sept. 12 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 15 E. Pleasant Grove Rd., Westtown where friends may call from 10:30 A.M. Int. private in SS. Peter and Paul Cem., Springfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Chester County SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380. Arr. FOUNDS F.H. INC., West Chester
