To Anna's large and wonderful family I extend my condolences. Although I only knew her late in her life I could tell she was quite a force in your lives. I know you will all miss her. Her spirit lives on in you and I'm sure you have many happy memories to comfort you.
Warmest wishes,
Joan and Ray Gegick

Aunt Anne was also my favorite aunt.
In the summer, my brother larry and I would take turns staying at Aunt Anne's for a week - One year, we were going on a picnic and I got locked by accident in Aunt Anne's house. She was the one who noticed my absence and liked to tell the story of my sad face looking out the window at everyone. She was a loving person who will not be forgotten.

My favorite aunt. Wow, how I remember the overnights with Tommy & Paul (collecting mice in the cemetry to feed the snake); the fourth of July picnics; playing cards; but most of all that wonderful smile and complete acceptance of who I was. I life to remember ! ! !

My prayers and thoughts are with you as you celebrate your moms(grandma's) life. Like her mom, she lived a long and fruitful life. I did not have a chance to be around her like all of you, but I remember every moment I spent with her. She was always gracious, loving and more than understanding. Hope to see you all in August... Love Cathy Kaczanowski & Family

On behalf of UPMC Health Plan, I would like to send my sympathy to Anna's family, especially Fara. Your Mom was a true lady in every sense of the word. She told me she was very ready for heaven, and I do believe her. May all of you be comforted by our prayers and thoughts during this time. Sincerely, Mary Ley, CRNP
