ANNA MARIE MILLS

March 11,1932 - August 9,2025

Anna Marie Mills, 93, of Eagle Creek, Oregon, passed away August 9, 2025 at 0402 AM. Anna was born March 11,1932 to Martha and Abram Hildebrand in Dallas, Oregon. She lived her younger years, raising six children, four children born to her and two nephews in Washougal, Washington, where she would take us all berry, cherry and bean picking to earn enough money to buy us school clothes, the last half of her life she resided in Eagle Creek, Oregon.

Anna was predeceased by both her parents, her 7 siblings, Ruth, John, Paul, George, Harold, Josephine, and Helen, her son Lawrence Abram Mills, her grandson Erich Vernon Mosbauer.

Anna's surviving loved ones are her loving Daughter Teresa Ann Mosbauer, grandson Ryan Robert Mosbauer, wife Stephanie, and great granddaughter Mya Grace Mosbauer, son William Robert Mills, grandson William Robert Mills Jr., son Robert Vernon Mills Jr., grandson Lawrence Abram Mills Jr., Nephew Thomas Melvin Mills, wife Shirley, grand nephews Thomas Melvin Mills Jr., wife Angela, and Cory Andrew Mills, wife Kelsey, nephew Chester Ray Mills, wife Betty, grand nephew Samuel Ray Mills, wife Peggy, great grand nephew Chase Mills, great grand niece Sunny Ray Mills. As well as tons of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Anna was an avid gardener throughout her life but especially in her retired years. She would sell her wonderful produce grown in her half acre garden from her roadside stand in Eagle Creek, Oregon. People would come from miles away to buy her beautifully raised produce, and sometimes to just stop in to visit our wonderful mom.

Before Anna retired she worked hard in the cafeteria at Kaiser Sunnyside Hospital as their great cook, our mom loved to cook, but she also truly enjoyed talking with all the workers and visitors.

Please use this space as a place to share memories and photos as we all grieve her loss together.

Rest in peace our most beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, family and friend.

Hey Grandma! Thank you so much for loving me like a son at a young age since you were like a mom to me that my mother couldn't be due to her death. I can still hear you proudly proclaiming, "THIS IS MY GRANDSON!!!" everywhere we went together every single time you had a chance to share me with your world. It didn't matter where we were...the store, a restaurant, your work in the cafeteria, the state fair (that one was my favorite!), and even the hospital while you lay in pain.

I learned so much from you from all the time we spent together since you almost raised me. Thank you for your guidance and showing/sharing your caring ways. They left an impression on me. I shared this with you before you left and just sharing again. May you rest in peace. Your most loving Grandson!
