Don, it's Jim Davis from long ago in Tokyo.
Remember? We met first in the Old Imperial Hotel dining room, both couples just having arrived in Japan.
Lona and sweet Anna became close, and our Amanda
was born the day after your David in June of 1955 at the
same Seventh Day Adventist Hospital.
And then we arrived in Okinawa just as you left.
Lona died peacefully in 2003.
Anyway, this is just to wish you well,
Anna was very special to us, and to everyone who knew her.
You were a lucky guy, Don. Take care of yourself.

Sending our deepest sympathy to Anna´s entire family. Anna, was one of my mother´s dearest, life long friends. They met at Stanford University and remained in touch all these years. My mother, Johnnie 1932-2017 (Allene Johns Nattrass) always reminisced of her Stanford days and loved hearing from her dear friend Anna each Christmas.

She always had a nice smile, positive & friendly personality, with smiling & twinkling eyes!
She will be greatly missed!

I have fond memories of Anna, a member of my Fit for Us All class and inspiring founder/board member of Mt. Vernon At Home. My sympathies to the family.
