(nee Mater)
Anna's living hope became reality January 9, 2016 in her 91st year. Loving mother of Arie (Marina), Al (Denise), and Mary Rose. Cherished Oma to 8 grandkids, and 6 great-grandkids. Sister-in-law to Sylvia and aunt to many nephews and nieces. Reunited with her husband Pierre and sons Pierro and Charlie. Family and friends can pay their respects at

3440 Richmond Rd. Nepean
on Friday, January 15 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m., and on Saturday, January 16 from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. followed by a service at Haven Baptist Church, 4000 Strandherd Dr., Barrhaven at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Gideon Bible Society or Haven Baptist Church would be appreciated. To all Anna's family - I too will miss Anna, her beautiful smile and blue eyes. Most early mornings I spent time talking with her when I brought her her medication. She loved to hear about my family and my life and I loved sharing this with her. We always shared a kiss in the morning and I will fondly remember her waving to me as I left the room, "I love you". I am sad but I know she is at peace because her faith was so strong. I'll never forget her.
