Annalise Lee Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 14, 2023.
Annalise Stitzel Lee, 23, of Midland, passed away on Sunday the 9th of April 2023. The family will receive guests from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Branch at npw. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023 at Providence Presbyterian Church PCA. Interment will follow at Serenity Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Annalise was born on October 16th, 1999, in Amarillo, Texas to Robert and Roxie Stitzel. Annalise possessed a true faith. She knew, trusted, and loved her Lord, Jesus. While her family mourns her passing, they know she rests along with the saints in the presence of her God, awaiting the bodily resurrection. She lived a vibrant and full life. All who knew her knew her as bubbly, animated, energetic, and as tenacious as could be. Her tireless charm was matched only by her keen wit, and she made an impression on everyone she met. To meet Annalise was to remember Annalise. Annalise lived an active life, she coached CrossFit, rode motorcycles, and worked as a speech therapist for special needs children. Her personality showed through in many facets of her life. Her energy and tenacity when she made, or missed, a lift at CrossFit, her wit and charm when bantering with her sisters and friends, her exceptional way with children, and the effortless grace in her smile will be enduring memories for her loved ones. Annalise was entering a new phase in her life when she passed. She had married the love of her life, Solomon, and was building a beautiful life with him. In the preceding few months Annalise had spent her time growing into her new role as a wife, making her and Solomon's new house their own, and spending time with her mother developing her homemaking skills, especially her cooking. For both Annalise and Solomon their brief time together in marriage was highlighted by spiritual growth and maturation. She and Solomon were starting a family, and although they had lost their baby early in her pregnancy, they were filled with hope and excitement for their future family. Annalise is survived by her parents, Robert and Roxie Stitzel, her siblings, Dr. Brandli and Andrea Stitzel of Amarillo, Texas, Alex and Victoria Stitzel of Midland, Texas, Jed and Rachel Stitzel of Midland, Texas, Dr. Eric Stitzel of Midland, Texas, Corey and Olivia Vowell of Bremerton, Washington, Clay and Claire Walker of Andrews, Texas, Joel Stitzel of Midland, Texas, Marlo Stitzel of Midland, Texas, Kendal Stitzel of Midland, Texas, and Kendal's fiancé Ezekiel Stroope of Gardendale, Texas, and her "niblings" to whom she was "Nimi"; Titus, Addison, Gideon, Sam, Abishai, Sawyer, Cassie, and Thea. Annalise is preceded in death by her husband Solomon Lee, their baby, Eden, and her grandparents, Don and Ellen Hargis, and Robert D. Stitzel. The family wishes to express immense gratitude to all the many friends and family that sent their love during this difficult time. The love and kindness poured out by friends, the saints of the church, and the CrossFit community was a comfort in this dark time. The family also wishes to thank the doctors and nurses at Midland Memorial for the care they gave Annalise and gentle attentiveness they showed the family. Pallbearers will be Nathan Purswell, James Schmidt, Daniel Andrade, Ricky Garcia, Uriah Garcia, and Esau Franco. Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Midland. Online condolences may be made at www.npwelch.com.

To Bob, Roxie, Lee, Alex, Jed...and family, my deepest condolences! I learned of this tragedy just a couple of days ago and am just learning of your loss! The past few days I´ve been praying for God´s divine intervention but now My heart is broken for all of you! Your entire family has always been an inspirational and joyous example.
I´m praying for each of you during this time of sorrow and grief that you will find God´s faithfulness, comfort and mercy new each day (Lam. 3:22-23). Reading your story and testimony of Annalise Lee faith and life makes me smile knowing that this was God´s time to welcome home his daughter! "Precious in the eyes of the Lord, is the death of his saints." Psalm 116:15.
Stitzel family, I love you and look forward to the day when we are overcome by the unspeakable glorious presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are reunited with Anna.
