Anne Fawbush Obituary
A lifelong resident of Norton, she was the daughter of the late Bradley and Nannie (Laney) Fields. She was a graduate of Norton (Norhi) High School and a member of First Baptist Church in Norton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Howard Fields of Augusta, Ga.
She is survived by her husband, James C. Fawbush; sons, James H. (Jimmy) Fawbush, Norton, David Fawbush and his wife Beth, Big Stone Gap, Va,, Joe Fawbush, Norton, and Jon Fawbush, Minneapolis; a grandson, Daniel Ryan Fawbush; a granddaughter, Morgan Brooke Fawbush; and a sister, Jean Falin, Wise, Va.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 7 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel, with the Revs. Lee Kidd and John Ellington and Dr. Henry Webb officiating. Graveside burial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Powell Valley Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will meet at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Dear Fawbushes;
I am so sorry about Anne's passing. Please know that you are in my prayers.
What good memories are the Sundays sitting in the sunshine in Daddy's & Nell's back yard and sharing the watermelon. Jimmy, I am still the watermelon champ! Seems like it was just last week.
May our Father bless you with peace and comfort. Anne is fine. She is at home.
