Anne A. "Honey" Tanel

Tanel, Anne A. "Honey" Anne was born on May 26, 1923, in Illinois. She was given the gift of Eternal Life through her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, May 15, 2009, at the age of 85. She was the loving sister of the late Joseph and sister-in-law of the late Frances. She is survived by niece Nancy (Michael) Bularz and nephew Thomas (Donna) Tanel. Great-aunt to Kimberly (Eric) Aschenbrenner, Michelle (Jeff) Munz, Kelly, Corinn, Karlee and Connor. Great-great-aunt to three nephews Cody, Shawn and Jonathan. Anne was born in Illinois but at a very young age her parents moved to Wisconsin. She stayed in Wisconsin to be close to her family. Family was very important to her. She always had a smile for everyone. Anne had a good heart and a love for life. She worked at Square D, for over 40 years, volunteered at Rosalie Manor for as long as she was able and was a member of Mother of Good Counsel Christian Women Society. A heartfelt thanks to the members and staff at Luther Manor for their care and compassion shown to Anne and her family. Funeral Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18, from 4:00 PM until Mass of Christian Burial 6:00 PM, at MOTHER OF GOOD COUNSEL CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6924 W. Lisbon Ave. Private entombment to be held at St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association would be greatly appreciated.
