WATTS, Anne S. 84, of Sebring, Florida, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2006, at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring. She was born March 18, 1922, in Harrodsburg, Ky. She moved here in 1998 from Lexington, Ky. She had been the owner of an auto parts store. She was also a member of the Highlands Art League. Mrs. Watts is survived by, husband Cecil B. Watts of Sebring, daughters, Carole Luckett of Vancouver, Wash., and Chris Sims of Louisville, Ky.; son, Cecil H. Watts of Shelbyville, Ky.; 6 grand- children; and 2 greatgrand- children.
