Dear family of Annette Schmidt:

I wish to express my sympathy to you on the death of Annette. I have wonderful memories of her, not only during our Grafton days, but also when she lived in Grand Forks. She was so good to my mother, Edna Bliss, when she lived at Tufte Manor.

Annette was a neat lady with a great sense of humor, and I always enjoyed being around her. May your memories and your faith sustain you in this time of loss.

My deepest sympathy to Annette's family.

Although I did not know any of her family I knew Annette very well. She was known as "Gramma Nette" to us and she worked in my Head Start classroom for several years. We loved and treasured her love and compassion for the children as well as all the extra work she did in the classroom for us.

May her memory be engraved in your hearts forever.

May the wonderful memories of Annette be with you at this time. She was a wonderful example of the Foster Grandparent Program and a great mentor to the children we serve. I will always remember the times I took her to her work sites as a Foster Grandparent. With my deepest sympathy, Myra.
