BAWEL, Annie (Anne) (nee: Shewchuk) On June 10, 2003, Mrs. Annie (Anne) Bawel (nee: Shewchuk) of Edmonton passed away at the age of 84 years. Annie was a strong willed and spirited person with a wonderful sense of humor and a great love of flowers and birds. Annie is survived by her daughter, Pauline Halvorsen of Calgary; two grandsons, Aaron of Edmonton and Sean (Leah) of Calgary; three sisters, Rose, Emily and Helen; two brothers, Peter and Frank; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Kay and Mary and brothers, Mike and Joe.She leaves behind many wonderful memories and we will all miss her greatly. Family and friends may pay their respects Thursday, June 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 - 111 Avenue.
