I can't believe that it's been 10 years since you passed from this world. I still miss you and remember you. Whenever I see certain places and things that we did together, whenever something crazy happens that would make us laugh, whenever I hear about someone from our Aldine and Stovall days, and so many other "whenever I" moments, I find myself wanting to pick up the phone and talk to you. You would think that ten years would have made me stop wishing that I could do just that but it hasn't. I do know that I will see you again but it still hurts to know that I can't see you now. I am honored that God blessed me with your friendship. I found this beautiful quote to express what you mean to me: "Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day... unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed, and very dear". I miss you, my friend, forever and always.

Friendships do last an eternity in our hearts and memories. I still miss you, Annie. I can't believe it's been a year since I last saw you. There are so many times that I have picked up the phone to tell you something important, funny, heartbreaking, or just plain silly and then realize that you won't be picking up. Sometimes thinking of you makes me sad but sometimes I remember all our good times and it makes me smile. I love you always and you will never be forgotten. I know you are happy where you are but I'm just a little bit selfish to say that I still wish you were here with me. Love you to infinity and beyond. :)
