I wish to extend my deepest condolences to the Bianca family. I have from the day he introduced himself to me, the greatest respect for Tony. Never have I met someone who had so many acheivements to his credit, be so down-to-earth. He is and was a true gentleman. I am very proud to have called him friend.

He is missed dearly.

Tony Bainca was always so much fun to be with during my time at both UConn and Saint Francis Hospital. I visited him several winters in his very comfy high rise home in Fort Lauderdale. That town treated Tony like he was the king of the roost!. What a guy and what a great family man. He will be missed by many, many of his friends and admirers. Ciao my brother....Paul Pendergast

Tony and Pam - I was saddened to hear about your Dad's passing. This must be a very sad time for your family right now and my hope is that you are comforted by all of the family and friends that are praying for your family. You are in my thoughts.

So sorry to read of Tony's passing. Tony was a wonderful man.I had a few dealings with Tony when I was Director of City Planning for the City of New Britain. He was a true gentleman & was a positive thinker & knew what was right or wrong. I enjoyed his friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with the Bianca family. May God bless.
