I only worked with Buddy two years in Hamilton at Brewers Warehousing. We argued and fought every day in the beer truck since I was a Leaf fan and Buddy was a Habs fan. Best two years I had at work!

Our hearts go out to you Susan - I've so enjoyed singing with you at GHC and was honoured you shared some of the difficulties your Buddy has been through and agree wholeheartedly he's now in peace. Hope you'll feel up to singing with us again soon - Buddy sounds like the kind of guy who'd be happy for you to do that! Talk about 10 degrees of separation - what a surprise for us to discover he was the same Buddy with whom my Gord shared football with the Hamilton Hurricanes - Gord was a Lineman & Buddy a Defensive Tackle but really loved playing Fullback - Gord says he was like a truck running through the line! Guess he always liked driving :o)
Sending Loving Virtual Hugs Susan.

A true legend never to be duplicated. He was a giant of a man who was as gentle as a lamb and a true gentleman at all times. My fond memories go back to the late 60’s and I always have a smile on my face when I think of Buddy! A true loss and my deepest condolences. Jerry Ingrassia

My deepest condolences to the DiFalco family. I had the privilege of knowing Buddy for 50 plus years... He was a true North Ender. His smile, along with his great sense of humor, will be sadly missed. Rest In Peace, my friend...

I loved to drive papa’s boat. I’ve been driving it since I was 2. It was funny when I would ask papa to go for a boat ride and he would say one sec, then would take forever. He also loved to drive the boat with our dog Salem. I’m going to miss driving the boat with papa.

You always heard Buddy before you ever saw him. Lived directly next door at 61 Picton for 50 years. He would always play with all the kid’s on the street. He was such a big kid himself. The DiFalco’s and Walton’s shared a driveway and many great memories together. From seeing deer’s hanging in the garage to his big and full of joy laugh. What a loss. You will always be remembered Buddy. You were always a friend to all.

Buddy lived on Picton Street as I did. We use to chum around as kids. He was known as the Mayor of Picton Street. When Buddy got ready to move up the mountain he left me as the Mayor. He was bigger then life. Condolences to his family. Rest In Peace Buddy.

I looked at this picture and thought that he looked familiar. I read your obit and realised that I travelled to YYZ airport when he was with Airways Transit. We laughed and laughed the whole way and I was sorry to see my ride end. The world was a better place with Buddy in it! My condolence to you all.

The very first time I met Buddy in 1999, I felt a warmth and love that has been unmatched! He welcomed me and my kid and he especially made Cayley feel like she was one of the family! His love of kids and his fantastic sense of humour made me fall in love with him on the spot! There was nothing more enjoyable than sparring with Buddy and he knew just how to get ya! I will miss that! I will miss him! Sending so much love to Susan and to everyone who loved him!
