Anthony Earl First Sr. was born October 30, 1955 in St. Louis, Mo. into the union of John Donald First Sr. & Arnett First (Banks). Both of Anthony's parents preceded him in death, including his 2 brothers John D. First Jr. Jeffrey G. First & 1 sister Cynthia M. First.
Anthony graduated from Sumner High School in 1975 with a football scholarship. He attended University of Kansas for Criminal Justice. After his 2nd year in college he obtained an injury & went home.
Anthony married Kim D. Johnson in St. Louis, Mo. November 12, 1977 & into their union their children Kim A. First (Kimmie-Jay), Toni D. First & Anthony E. First Jr. we're born.
Anthony's career spanned over 33 years between Missouri & Kansas Correctional Facilities where he worked very hard with great work ethics until his medical retirement.
Anthony loved to go visit his family home in St. Louis, Mo. on Lotus. He loved to BBQ, spend holidays with his family & he loved the KC CHEIFS (GO CHEIFS).
Anthony departed this life in Olathe, Kansas surrounded by his children & grandchildren at home on November 10, 2022.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His children Kimmie-Jay, Toni D. First & Anthony Earl First Jr.; his grandchildren Kyle Anthony Johnson, Katelyn A. Pacheco, Journey R. Luster, Malaysia A. King, Mi' Ahja A. King & Iris M. First. 1 great grandson Kamory A. Johnson.
His brothers Frank First, Russell First. His sisters Pauline First & EvaNell First and a host of nieces, nephews & cousins.
