I learned a lot from Tony over the years and really enjoyed my time with him. We served together on the Wisconsin School Music Association Board and I was lucky to play golf with him several times. He is missed by us all!

In 1989, I was a UW Madison graduate with 5 years of sales and management experience at the now defunct American TV furniture and electronics store in Madison, WI when I made the bold career move to become a wet-behind-the-ears, brand spankin' new, independent financial advisor, with no clients and no money under management. I made 1,500 telephone "cold calls" to individuals and companies before I was able to set up my first face-to-face meeting with a potential client! Tony was one of my first meetings as a result a cold call.
Tony was most cordial on the phone whereas some people either just hung up on me, were rude to me, or even insulted me. In the meeting, he listened to my little presentation very patiently despite his busy day and heavy workload as District Administrator for Baraboo Schools. He was aware that I was brand new to the business. He congratulated me on my choice and encouraged me to persevere in my new endeavor. I left the meeting feeling optimistic about this 180 degree career path I had chosen. 33 years later, I retired from that career (October of 2022). I was grateful to have hundreds of clients and large sums of money under my management when I sold my practice. That may well have not been the case if it weren't for the great selfless man that Tony Kujawa was. Rest in peace my friend, rest in peace.

Tony Kujawa was my first principal when I was a new teacher. He supported me and encouraged me to one day go into school administration. 40 years later of successful school and district leadership, I owe my career to Tony. He was a close friend who always provided advice to me throughout my career. He will be greatly missed!

I had great admiration for Tony when he was administrator of the BSD. Also, experienced good friendship as neighbors with Tony and Kathleen on Bascom Hill, followed by the good fortune of teaching at St Joe´s when he was principal for a year. I was so happy when Tony and Sue found love, as I worked with Sue and she had a good connection with our Joel, from 1st grade on. I am so very grateful
for the gift that Tony was to education in the community and just as a very fine, upstanding person of great integrity. My sympathies to Colleen and brothers, and to Sue and family.

My condolences to the Kujawa Family. While I never met Anthony, having read his obituary I have a sense of the wonderful life he lived. Plus, my friend and colleague Pat is obviously a shining extension of Anthony. May the entire Kujawa Family find comfort, love and solace in beautiful remembrance of him during this difficult time.

It was always a joyful day when one got to spend time with Tony. His sense of humor was present even when his body was slowing down. It has a great pleasure getting to know both Sue and Tony. Go with God faithful servant, your work is done. Rest in the arms of our Lord.
