Anthony William "Andy" Layton, 54, Marthasville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at his home, with his family at his side.

Andy was born to Leonard Layton and wife Evelyn, nee Brueger, April 27, 1959, in St. Louis. He was united in marriage to Noreen Farrell June 14, 1986. They celebrated 27 years of marriage.

Andy loved his job working in commercial heating and cooling. He worked for Schneider Heating and Cooling, St. Louis, for 35 years. More recently, Andy worked with his wife Noreen, who is co-owner of Phoenix Services LLC, Truesdale. He also loved fishing, barbecue and bonfires with family and friends.

Andy was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Evelyn Layton.

He is survived by his wife, Noreen Layton, Marthasville; three daughters, Jaime Wright and husband Robert, Illinois state, Tara Orf and husband Phil, Warrenton, and Tammy Harn and husband Bret, Florida state; one son, Alex "Bussy" Forster, Hannibal; six grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service was held Saturday, Feb. 22, at the Layton home beginning at 4 p.m.
