My Dear Mazie , wife of Anthony Charles & Mrs. Fogle (Mother), as one year has passed since Anthony transitioned from this earthly life, I still think of you & Ms. Pearl lovingly.

All that your Anthony was to so many over the years was worth his "weight in gold" as he was a vessel of his loving Savior .
I think of the scripture from Ecclesiastes that speaks to us in chapter 3:1 "To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the Heaven" That scripture helps us to know that the longevity of our time here on earth is already determined before birth
So the transition of our loved ones at the " chosen time" is a mattter of divine intervension.
So Mazie, as much as Anhony's passing was unexpected at this time in your lives, I know you
realize that your Anthony is alright now. He is restng eternally with his loving Savior in the Joy of Jesus, yes one year later. Amen!

Dearest Mazie, Mrs. Fogle & other family membes:

Needless to say, I was beyond my wits when it was confirmed that Anthony, your dear husband & my friend, had transitioed from these mundane shores.
Mazie, the thought that came to mind were the words of a Minister, who had just eulogized a schoolmate on Tuesday when he began by saying- "We are all in the land of the dying on our way to the land of the living." . Of course, that thought is expressed throughout the scriptures in different ways but with the same meaning.

What I thought of however, is the hymnal- In The Sweet By & By, as it express in the refrain , " we shall meet on that beautiful shore".

That, of course, is no immediate consolation as the transition of our loved one is at hand. However, we have to put our faith & hope in the Great Comforter, the God we serve, as He sustains us through a time such as this.

Mazie, please know that I am here for you as the need arises and you can call on me at anytime.

Thinking of all of you prayerfully as you comfort each other through this period of bereavement.
Anthony is now on his final journey as he rest from his labor on this side of the Jordan River. May his good works follow him!

Wishing you a calming spirit to help you navigate this time in your life, my friend.
Know that Anthony Charles Lunn is alright now!

Lovingly submitted,, your friend & colleague, M. LaNelle
