My sister and I met and became friends with Tony and Frances, as they were neighbors of our uncle in Heritage Village. We came to know them well and would never miss a visit to Southbury without taking them to breakfast or lunch at our favorite place Dottie's in Woodbury. My sister and I both love Tony and Frances and referred to them as our "adopted grandparents". I am so grateful that I was able to see them and spend time on my visit last Thanksgiving, we had lunch at Dottie's. RIP Tony and I will always remember you and your beautiful blue eyes and gift for sharing stories of your life and family. My sincerest condolences to Frances and your entire family. With love...Carol Schneider
