McCUSKER, Anthony (Tony) Edward It is with profound sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing of Tony, Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Extendicare Hamilton with his cherished long time partner, Zora at his side. Tony was an active member in the Hamilton Legal community for 30 years when he took sick and was no longer able to practice. Proceeded by his parents Mary (nee Ippolito) and Ed McCusker. Tony leaves behind his loving soul mate Zora Zivanovic, his children, Amanda, Colin, Natalie (nee McCusker) Cunningham, husband Robin, grandson Phoenix, Donna (nee McCusker) Messinger, husband Adam, grandson Zachary. Special thank you to the staff at Extendicare Hamilton for all their care and compassion. As per Tony's wishes, there will be no public service.

I am deeply saddened by Anthony's passing. He was one of the best people I've met in this lifetime. His presence in Hamilton will be missed. I could not have gotten through my messes without his help. I'm so sorry for his family.
