Tony was a kind and generous man with the biggest heart. He had the best sense of humor and he knew how to make everyone feel welcome and at ease. I’m grateful for having the opportunity to know this great man. He will be missed by many within his community.

Tony was a great and long time friend. Tony liked to fix different things. He had the talent and patience to do many things His greatest love was his family. Next came his cars. We loved him very much.

Tony was a wonderful person to work with, so full of life and wanting to help. I worked with Tony for several years in Sherman Oaks and always enjoyed his bigger than life personality. My sympathies on his passing to his wife, and family.

Prior to moving to Agua Dulce, Tony and his beautiful wife lived in the Santa Clarita Valley. I moved into the neighborhood in 2008 and was immediately approached by Tony. He welcomed me and my family, in only the way Tony could; he was funny, witty, and full of life. Over the years, Tony and I developed a 'neighborly' relationship. I enjoyed stopping by to discuss random topics and on occasion, he would stop by to say hello. He always seemed to have something funny to say to my kids and a beautifully timed sarcastic remark to me. The neighborhood was never the same once Tony moved out. Although I too no longer reside on Benz Road, my memories there were made all that better because of Tony. You will be missed, pal.

I'd like to express my sympathies and condolences to Tony's family and close friends.

Tony and I intersected on an internet forum for people who share big enthusiasm for a small Italian sports car called an X1/9. Although I never met Tony in person, many of those people did, and were lucky enough to be enriched by their decades-long friendships with Tony.

On our forum, Tony' nickname was Papa Tony because he admirably fulfilled the Central-Casting role of the doting and protective Italian father with a heart of Gold. His "children" were the members of our forum and the cars, too. Like a good father, he struck the magical balance between protection and growth of his children and guided them thru life's trials with sage advice from afar via telephone or messages or in person with a spare part or 13mm socket. By example, Papa Tony was instrumental in setting and maintaining the tone for our online forum, which is remarkably collegial, civil, and 99.44% free of drama.

To Tony's family, I say "Thank You" for sharing him with us. As giving, as helpful, and as lovable as he was to us, it's not hard to imagine how much he would love and care for his own family.
