Belated - I was just updating our family tree from 2016 and came about your family loss. The Stefanelli Family offers it's sincere condolences to Mary Ann and the entire Stefanelli family. When I was 8 years old he took care of me when I was 24 years old he did the same networking me to help grow my business - very kind even though we did not really get to know the whole family. I am incredibly saddened by this news. My father ( James) took me for injury consultations with Dr. Stefanelli while growing up in Belleville. The Hoogendyk family offers it's sincere condolences to Mary Ann and the entire Stefanelli family. A blessing to patients, mentor to professionals and a cornerstone of love, support, and guidance to family. He will be greatly missed by all.

I knew Anthony for 79 years, even before he was called "Tony." We were in kindergarten together at No. 4 School in Silver Lake section of Belleville until third grade when his family moved to "the other side of Belleville." I was also in his classes in high school and after our 50th Reunion, a group of us would meet to go out to lunch occasionally. I always regarded him with respect. He impressed me as being very intelligent and a nice person. May he rest in peace. My condolences to his family.

My respect for him as a physician, surgeon and friend runs as deep as any in my career. Tony played a major role in my career as an orthopedic surgeon, serving as my mentor, friend and colleague. He will be deeply missed and remains in my heart forever.
