Mr. Testa was a very kind and funny person. He always dressed so well. I was the cafeteria manager at the Wilkes Barre Area Career Center. My gosh I remember he always needed his coffee in the morning and late afternoon. And yes it was always decaf and fresh. Very kind person. May God rest in peace.

Only had the pleasure of meeting Tony once. My wife and I had dinner with his wife, Joyce and Charlie. What a great guy. I felt like I knew him all my life. We were very sad to hear of his passing. He's all better now, playing cards and laughing. God bless you Tony you were a great one.
