As kids I knew him as Amp. He lived right next door to us with His father, brother and little sister on Whipple St. in Chicago. He was into Dancing, dance groups and tumbling as he got older. He always said one of these days I'll make it big. Everyone on Whipple St. knew about his dream of making it big. I remember the Gap Band came to Whipple St. and had a big party on the block. Sometime after that, I joined the Army in 81, that's the last I saw or heard of Amp until now. I see you achieved some success in your dreams of success in music. I'm glad you made it. Rest in Peace Youngblood.
