Terri my condolences in your loss. I am sorry I was never able to meet Tony, but being the special women that you are, he had to be very special indeed. It is hard to lose someone that is part of you, but you will always have those treasured memories. My Love and Prayers to you and yours.

Tony did a favor without knowing it. A relatively young (late 20's)co-worker of mine had to have a foot removed because of cancer. Tony had burned cds of several Firesign Theater albums for me, as we were both Firesign veterans. I made copies of these cds for my co-worker to enjoy during his post-op time. I'm happy to say that those Firesign cds had an excellent impact. While Tony is no longer with us (except in spirit), his gift to me, which I passed on, did a world of good! My co-worker is back in the office and has an excellent attitude about life. Thank you, Tony, you did good.

Ten things I'll remember about Tony:
1) His independence,
2) His intelligence,
3) His incredible bond with Terri,
4) His role as an awesome family man,
5) The best sense of humor ever,
6) That Donald Duck voice,
7) Him playing Norweigian Wood on the guitar,
8) Him helping my dad grade railroad ballast into a driveway,
9) My only ponytailed usher at my wedding (see #1),
10) My great luck to have him as a cousin.

We're all better off for having had Tony in our lives.

Tony was a good friend and a good person - perhaps the least judgemental individual I've known. He had a good ear for music (he would be especially proud to hear this one)- one of my clearest memories of years ago is listening to Tony play the Beatles "Blackbird" on his 12 string, half singing, half humming, all the time having fun.
He was a car guy (red '64 Fairlane with souped-up engine),developed this interest into a career in equipment repair (if I know Tony mostly self-taught). We'll miss him very much.

Terri -
I was sad to read of Tony's passing. He was one of my favorite patients, and whenever I saw his name on the schedule it made me smile. The last time I saw Tony his condition was well advanced, and he knew what the eventual outcome would be. I was amazed at his good attitude, and his acceptance of the situation. He was just one of the coolest guys I ever met.

My prayers go to you and your family.

Tony was like a big brother to me, as kids we looked up to. As an adult we laughed at things that happened that I would love to take back. (the day I rode my bike full blast into the back of his maroon car, polished and clean...Tony watched the whole thing from the park. He told me he forgave me several times, and I'm so glad cause I know how much that car ment to him. The Walz family is such a wonderful family, childhood memoriers and wonderful times. I will never forget you Tony, and our condolences to Linda, Bobby and all the family. Tears, memories and hugs and LOVE to all of you!, Gert, Susan and
