Dr. Whitehead was always generous with his time, good humoured about my dumb questions, and excited to share the work of his students with me, while I worked at Carleton. I am so sorry to learn of his passing.My condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.

I don't even have words to express my sadness in learning of the passing of Anthony. To his family and friends I offer my deepest sympathies. I will always remember our times driving around Sault Ste. Marie together, playing Tennis and then re-uniting in Ottawa. Thanks to you and God's speed old friend.
