EDGAR, Antoinette M.
Antoinette "Anne" M. Edgar, 97, of Pawcatuck, CT passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Kingston Center in West Kingston. She was the loving wife of the late Leonard Robert Edgar. Born in Providence, on February 19, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Ercilia (Storti) Garganese.
Anne was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spending time raising and caring for her family. In her free time, she enjoyed painting and was a talented seamstress. She had been a member of St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Warwick for many years and was always strong in her faith. She could be funny at times, very serious at times and overall a gracious Italian woman. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She leaves her daughter Janet A. Kropp, her grandchildren Joseph Hodge and wife Katie, Timothy Hodge, Tracy Lisee and Heather Kropp; great-grandchildren Anton Hodge, Catherine Hodge, Alyx Riccafranca, Kylee Kropp, Malena Faison and Mariah Faison; a sister Stella Andreozzi and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Ugo, Aldo, Dino, Bruno and Dante Garganese.

A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
