Antone Jordan Obituary
Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Joseph and Mary Victoria (Costa) Jordan, he was a lifelong area resident.
Antone worked for the State as the Crew Leader for the Bristol County Mosquito Control Project for 21 years. He also worked for Continental Screw in New Bedford and at the Fiske Mill. He enjoyed frequenting the Portuguese American Club, playing pool, playing softball behind Chippy's where he worked part-time for many years and was an avid bowler in the Manufacturing League of New Bedford.
He was the brother of the late Joseph Jordan, Jr., brother-in-law of the late Loretta R. Farin, L. May Joseph and Ronald R. Dawson. He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 from 9AM to 11AM at the Waring-Sullivan Home at Dartmouth, 230 Russells Mills Rd., Dartmouth, followed by burial in South Dartmouth Cemetery. For online tributes and directions: www.waring-sullivan.com
