April Ferry

hi there my name is geff good,I worked at miss April's home in Venice,and met her mother,Mary. c,I. worked for Steven Fitzpatrick a contractor from Hollywood,we remodeled the interior of the middle house that April lived in,we removed the interior plaster and installed cedar 1x6 lumber all over the walls including the loft,I think we installed a hot tub with a deck also between Mary c home and April's.Her daughter lived in a apt over the garage,Steven and I and another worker named russel an older white haired man worked along time ther,sometimes I would have my lunch with Mary c,she was a wonderful lady,I enjoyed her very much.I also met her grandson David ferry,and later worked with him at a store .I heard ther was another brother named steven,I don't recall meeting him,signed geff 10/1/25, email:merclvr@ att.net
