April Haskell Obituary
April grew up and went to schools in the Carmel and Hermon area. She then attended EMCC for Business Administration where she did work study in the admissions office. April was employed at the Quality Inn Bangor a proud member of the housekeeping department where she sprinkled sunshine and humor daily. April worked her own humanitarian mission daily. Extending her kindness in the forms of shelter, meals, clothing, and money when she had it. Filling out applications for assistance for those unable to do it by themselves. Making phone calls on behalf of people in need everywhere from Maine to Jamaica.
She was predeceased by her mother, Kathleen Beth Anderson Haskell; unborn son, Oliver M. Haskell; and aunt, Mertie Crain. Surviving is her father, Merton C. Haskell Jr.; children, Kathleen O'Clair, Aidyn Chelsea, and Joshua Haskell; siblings, Terry Haskell, Alice Haskell, Merton and Darcy, Tracey and Jim, Christopher Haskell and girlfriend, Desiree Parady; aunt to Jennifer, Kelly, Christina, David, Dawn, Jessica, Kaitlyn, Jimmy, Christopher, Alexis, Dreamaleigh, Haven, Landin; aunties special girl, Riley Pearsall "Roo-Roo"; aunt, Marie Delmonico and family; uncle, James Riley; devoted longtime best friend, Dawn Brown and her family; godparents, Shawna and David Doyle; and many close childhood friends. April's fan club was endless.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 15, at 132 Center St., Old Town. Reception to follow. Private burial in Levant for family and close friends only. Contributions may be made to the April E. Haskell memorial fund, to aid the family caring for minor children.

I only learned of your passing a day ago. So sorry I was not there. The various comments talk about your smile, and it's true. You always had a smile and a good laugh that made others smile and laugh also. I wont ever forget the good times, and the "TP" gang. = ) I know your in heaven with Ben Jewell, smiling down and looking over the rest of us.I will see you soon. You will be deeply missed. xo

I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I could have made it to the funeral but I wasn`t able to do to sickness. I will always remember her big smile. she was always kind and respectful to us. the last time I saw her was at the fireworks this past 4th of July. She spotted us through a huge crowd of people and fought her way through to say hi and give me a hug. I am so glad I spoke to her that day. She will be missed.

April you were a beautiful loving caring mom, all that you told me years ago you wanted to be, I am so grateful that you touched my life and proud to have known. You had a heart that touched all that knew you including me. My deepest sympathy and condolences to all her family

April came into my place of imployment and was always a delight to see.I am deeply sadden by the news and pray for her and her,her unborn son and family that they may find peace.

April you were such a kind and caring person. I remember you with the most respect and such a huge and open loving heart. You always had a smile on your face and always there with an extended hand to your friends and strangers. I will remember dearly and I am so saddened by this. A great loss for family, friends, and anyone who has been touched by April's heart throughout her life. She was a wonderful woman, who was always there to help others in their times of need. April was a great friend and always did what she could to put smiles on our faces and positive thoughts in our minds. She will be missed by many.
To Oliver, our littlest angel. Your mom loved you so very much. We will get to hold you when we join you and your mom.
