Mr Archie Jackson Jr was a World Traveler ,,, Fashion icon ,,, Family Man ,,, instrumental Jazz enthusiasts ,,, an Best of All ,,, a friend too those ,,, who wanted to be friends with him ,,,!!! Eventhough he never passed down his BBQ Secrets to me ,,, I still Learned So much from him ,,, throughout My Years of Knowing him ; an He use too always have a Saying " A Chicken Ain't Nothing but a Bird " ,,, an to this day ,,, I still don't know what that fully means: but if he was a bird ,,, I Would Call him a PEACOCK ,,, that Strutted Like A ROOSTER ,,, and COCKA DOODLED Every Morning that GOD gave him ,,,!!!

Mr. Jackson was a kind and very nice man. He made the best bbq. His family has been very nice to me from the first I met them years ago. He will surely be missed.
