Ariel Dawson

I don't think I saw you since the late 70s. But during all this time, you never left my thoughts or my heart. You were and always will be special to me.

Too sad to write much. Ariel was my therapist for over 20 years, off and on. I finally moved to NYC near the office where I last saw Ariel, and had been looking forward to resuming therapy. I tried to find her and could not until searching the internet ; I am devastated to learn that she is gone. Ariel, I have never stopped talking to you in my head . You kept me alive and helped me to find a way out of the darkness. I miss you and always will remember you.

Ariel was my teacher for many classes in SUNY Purchase and she later became my therapist for a few years. I am saddened to learn of her passing. I know it has been three years since, but I am heartbroken to learn about it now. I wish I would have been able to reconnect with her.
