James, Lisa and Jelice, I am so very sorry and saddened to hear of Arlean's passing. She was a treasure to work with at Lukeville Elementary, and always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. May you find some peace and comfort knowing that she touched so many in such a positive way.

To James, Alicia, Jelice, Tronquell Sr. and the grandchildren, we are heartbroken over the passing of my girl Arlene, she was such a beautiful person and that smile was a big give away she lit up the room. I was looking forward to working with Mrs. Tillman as our new Board Chair at WBRT Federal Credit Union. I will never forget her kindness and love. May God give her eternal rest and the family the strength to bear the great pain.

Condolences to Mr Tillman and family. I had the privilege of working with Arlean for 10 years in the WBR School Board office. She was an absolute delight to be around, and she did a great job. She cared about people. I loved Arlean. May God rest her soul and keep his loving arms wrapped around her
