Arline Gordon Obituary
Arline Marie Gordon, 97, of Wooster, died Wednesday October 4, 2023 at Smithville Western Care Center, in Wooster.
Arline was born April 14, 1926 in Dalton, Ohio to Irvin and Alta {Moser} Redinger.
She worked for Timken, Rubbermaid, Wooster City Schools for 25 years, and McDonalds where she retired after 22 years in 1998. Arline attended First Presbyterian Church, there she was a member of the Evening circle and was a past deacon.
Arline will be deeply missed by her son David Gordon of Wooster; daughter Martha (Donald) Allen of Wyoming; grandchildren David (Pam) Esquibel, Kyle Allen, William Allen, Brandi (Rex) Wilmot, Sean Allen, Joshua Allen, Nikki (Jeremy) Hullinger; great-grandchildren Joslyn, Rostin, Troy, Charlotte, Emberly, and several more grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters Alta Bucher, Marlene Hinton, Judy Repp, and Sherrie Woodruff.
Arline was preceded in death by her brothers Don and Richard Redinger, and sisters Maxine Botkin, Delpha Haws, Pauline Blankenship, and Elva Leyda.
Friends may call Monday October 9, 2023 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will follow at 2 at the funeral home and livestreamed at https://www.robertsfuneralhome.com/obituaries/arline-gordon. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
