To the family, many, many friends, colleagues and fans of this wonderful actor Mr. Art Evans fine comfort with you during this difficult time in your lives. Mr. Art Evans was an actor best known for his performance as chief airport engineer Leslie Barnes in "Die Hard 2." May the love and the special memory you shared with your father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and other relatives show just how much your life was touched by him. We hope many of the encouraging words and thoughts on this site comforts you during this difficult time also. We enjoyed many of his movies and shows to whom he brought much laughter and joy too. May Almighty God in the Heavens comfort your hearts with peace and loving kindness as you cope with this precious loss in your lives. Mr. Art Evans will certainly be remembered and missed by Hollywood, but his contributions not forgotten. May family, friends and extended family cherish his memories.

So saddened to learn of the passing of dearly loved fellow actor Art Evans who I knew from LA. I used to go to his apartment where he played the guitar, and we all sang. He was on the second floor of that building that opened out onto the pool. He would dive off his balcony railing backward into the pool. Art was a highly skilled performer, full of life and cheer. Dearly missed. Blessings on your journey forward, Art.

I met Art Evans at a comedy show where I was performing with Reynaldo Rey.
We fast became friends, and I was on the roast panel for his 60th birthday.

Such a great actor, many remember him from `Die Hard 2´ and `A Soldier´s Story´. He was always a pleasure to watch. He will be missed. Deepest condolences to the Evans family. May God give strength and comfort to help you to heal in your time of loss.

Mr. Evans was a husband and no doubt a good friend and well loved by all who knew him personally and professionally. It's time like this when we lose someone, we love that life can be not only a challenge but also difficult to bear. May you find comfort knowing that God is aware of your pain, and may he give you the strength needed as you continue on this journey of life.

A familiar face of TV and movies. So many came to enjoy watching him over the years. I remember his role in ` A Soldier´s Story´, he played that well.
