Grandpa,



You left such an imprint on my life. Everything that you did opened my eyes, and my mind. I respect you in ways that I can not even describe right now, but I want you to know how important you are in my life. You are the reason I joined the Navy. And I want you to know that if any one ever askes me who my hero is, there is no pause in my thinking, it is you for all you have done in your life and all you have done for me.



I love you and I am sorry that you are gone but I know that you are with Grandma, and all your other loved ones who passed before you. Give Grandma a hug and a kiss from me.

Gramps, you have always been the 'everything' to us grandkids and great-grandkids! We looked up to you, we respected your opinions! You were such a great role model to all of us! You taught us to be good people, work hard, treat others the way we wanted to be treated, to love our family, to be a good close family, and Trust in God.

Gramps we will miss you every day! But we will be ok knowing that you and Gram and back together again, catching up on missed time. You have many family members and friends there that are so happy to see you, looking so good!

We will see you all again......
