met him when he visited my church in 1988. he had the the most striking blue eyes and you could feel the presence of the Lord, all around him. I was just remembering something he said about finding out he had been diagnosed with Cancer just before he started out on his Journey and he decided to go anyway, so glad he decided to ignore the report and go anyway, aren't you. This is the first time I directly heard of Arthur Blessitt, although years ago I heard a story about a man that walked with a Cross on his shoulder around the world. I never followed the story, but last year I started making plan to make a cross and just go walking with the Cross announcing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and of the Kingdom of Heaven. Then last night I heard that this blessed man of God had passed away.
I offer my condolances for his loss to his family and friends and to all who knew him. RIP Pastor Arthur Blessitt.

Arthur led me to christ as a young boy. I'm 63 now and can still remember the night I met him in a small house in Atlanta Georgia where he was speaking to a small group. God bless you Arthur, you really lived for God.

I never met Arthur Blessit in person..but I have read about him ..and I can feel him in spirit. I know he touched many souls in his physical life..and he will continue to touch many more through his legacy of love for The Lord and fellow man..for many generations to come. I ask God to bless his to family, friends and all those he met while walking with the Lord. He was a wonderful man with a big heart . God bless you all.

Living in Las Vegas, NV, after getting back from living in Germany, watched him on Trinity Broadcasting.
Heard how he shared the Gospel with Khadafi in Libya.
He came to Vegas and shared the Gospel here. He carried his cross down the Strip.
The account of how he went to a remote village in Africa and no one wanted to go with him. He was confident that the Lord was with him and he presented the gospel just showing the chief and all the village what Jesus did for them pointing to the cross.
The chief and village accepted the Lord. So amazing!
Arthur has definitely earned his rest. Condolences to his family as they and the world have lost a great man.
