Remembering Reverend Bowler, whose love and faith shone brightly and inspired us all! I fondly remember attending midnight mass every Christmas Eve at the Church and then celebrating afterwards at the house! What a magical time. I am Jewish but I felt wrapped in the love of the Bowler family always.

Dear Mrs.Bowler, I just heard of Rev.Bowler's death from Phyllis Gretchenuk Davis. How sad I felt to realize this wonderful man has gone to be with our Lord. Although I haven't seen you both for many years,I always remember with such happiness, the great times we had with Mr. Bowler at youth group at So. Congregational Church Peabody. I now am retired to Down East Maine with my husband of 53 years. Please accept our deepest sympathies to you and your family. He will always be alive and loved in my memory... Bill and I are very sad to read of Arthur's passing. His name brings back so many beautiful memories of our years in the church. We met Arthur and Ruthanna the day they moved into the parsonage across the street from where we were living at the time. He was a wonderful and caring person who will be missed by many.
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
Fondly, bill and carol leavitt
