Beloved husband of Vicky (Vaughn) Lake for 11 years. Loving father of Arthur Lake III. Dear stepfather of Dawn Ulbrich and Steven David Jr. Cherished grandfather of Nicholas Kim, Brendan Edwards, Jada David and Hailey David. Brother of Phillip Lake, Barbara Wimbury, Roger Lake and Walter Lake.
Visitation Thursday 10:00 am-8:00 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile Rd. in Livonia.

Art, Thank you for the knowledge and wisdom that you instilled onto me & our family. Everyday I know that your with mom and us. I am going to miss our conversations and our laughs together..(Which I think it was directed towards me more than anything..lol) Your love for us was so true and kind. We are so grateful that god blessed us with you in our lives. I feel that you are finally at peace. Enjoy the beautiful gifts in heaven and know that there isn't a day that goes by that your not thought of for the most WONDERFUL MAN, Husband and Dad we knew. I love you, miss you and will NEVER forget you! Thank you Art for being a great part of our lives!

I met Art through my Aunt Vicki and saw between them passion, love and happiness. I'm happy to know that My Aunt Vicki was able to experience "true love" We will all miss Art but his memory and spirit will live among us forever.. Love you Aunt Vicki, our thoughts and prayers are with you

Treasured and cherished memories of Art will remain in our hearts forever. He was a good husband to his wonderful wife Vicki and a gentlemen to his family and friends.
We spent many wonderful and great times together. He will be missed by everyone he knew. He is now rejoicing in his forever home with the Lord and his family and friends who believe the promise will join with him again some day .
